At SaviPlatter, we value your privacy and provide you with the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Following the guidelines of platforms like Facebook, we offer a simple way for users to request data deletion.

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: Via Email Support

If you no longer wish to use our services and want your data removed, you can send a request to our support team:

  1. Send an email to contact@saviplatter.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. Include your registered email address and phone number for verification.
  4. Our team will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Method 2: In-App Request (If Applicable)

If you are logged into your account:

  1. Go to Settings or Profile.
  2. Look for the "Delete Account" or "Privacy Settings" option.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

Types of Data Deleted

Upon request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

  • Personal identification details (Name, Email, Phone Number)
  • Profile information and preferences
  • Associated social media login data (e.g., Facebook, Google)

Account Deletion Policy

You may delete your account at any time. However, if there are any transactions with third parties, such as Fee Invoice, Receipts, or billing, your data will be retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the last transaction.
